  • What is an ISBN and what does it do? The International Standard Book Number acts like a social security number for your book by distinguishing it from other books, editions and print types internationally for booksellers, libraries, universities, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Should I copyright my work before sending it to you? You can copyright your material before sending it to us or we are happy to file your copyright with the U.S. Copyright Office for you.
  • How long does the publishing process take? The publishing process takes approximately 30-45 days depending on the condition we receive the manuscript. Edited manuscripts usually take about 30 calendar days to publish.
  • When will I receive my books? Once the publishing process is complete and you have approved your proof copy, print copies should arrive at your door within 14 days. E-books are available for sale within 7 days of your approval.
  • How much does it cost to publish with ADEI? Our publishing program offers four package options tailored for the needs of the health care providers, community organizations and charities that we work with. You can view the pricing options here.
  • When will I receive my first royalty check? Authors receive their first royalty check within 90 days of the official publishing date. Subsequent royalty payments are mailed every 60 days.


  • Why should I choose ADEI Media to develop my mobile app? Because we have a very simplified approach to mobile app development.  You choose the functions that you want in your mobile app; we develop your app around those functions.
  • What if I only need my website to respond to the dimensions of mobile devices? Then we are happy to code your website to respond to your visitor’s mobile devices seamlessly.
  • What costs are involved with having a mobile app developed? We have developed pricing options based on the amount of functionality that you would like your mobile app to have. Review those pricing options here.
  • Can I make changes to my mobile app even after it’s completed? Absolutely. You will have two edits available to you at no additional charge.
  • Do you send regular updates during the development process? Yes we do. Actually we send three updates during the development process of your mobile application.
  • How long will it take to have my app available for download? Once you have approved your mobile app, it takes two weeks for it to be available for download through Apple iTunes and Google Play store for Android devices.


  • What pricing options to you have for creating a marketing video for my practice?  We have three pricing options for video production. Plus, we are also happy to give custom quotes for specialty production needs.
  • Who owns the video once it’s complete? You do! Footage and video ownership is one of the things that sets us apart. We offer a service, you own the product.
  • How long does a 30-second video take to produce? A 30-second video without shooting raw footage takes can take up to 21 days to produce, because we always offer our clients two videos to choose from.
  • How can you shoot live footage when you are not in my local area? We have an extensive partner list that covers a range of highly skilled videographers who collect raw footage for our editing team throughout the U.S. and Canada.
  • Can you produce an effective marketing video without live footage? Absolutely! There a variety of technologies available to us to create outstanding marketing video in a relative short period of time. Once we have the message, we can make the video drive that message home to your audience.


  • What hours are you available for customer support? Our customer support hours are from 8am to 8pm (Eastern Standard Time).
  • How can I contact you for updates regarding my project? We have representatives available via phone, email and answering questions through our contact form. In addition, we do have after hours email support until midnight Monday-Friday (Eastern Standard Time).
